3. The results of Stoffel's Operation (Neurectomy of N. tibialis) in spastic paralysis are reported. The results are good in special selected cases when later on combined with a careful tenotomy of Achilles tendon.

An Hand von Nachuntersuchungen von 20 Neurektomien nach Stoffel zur Behandlung des spastischen Spitzfußes wird dargelegt, daß dieser Eingriff bei ausgewählten Fällen erfolgreich ist, besonders wenn er erst in gewissem zeitlichem Abstand von einer dosierten Achillessehnenverlängerung gefolgt wird.
